      • Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
      • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
    • Qualifications:
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
      • Customer service experience preferred but not required.
    • Location: Remote

  2. Model Designer:

    • Responsibilities:
      • Create 3D models and designs for gardening decor products.
      • Collaborate with the product development team to conceptualize and bring new designs to life.
      • Ensure designs meet aesthetic and functional requirements while adhering to brand standards.
    • Qualifications:
      • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya, or SolidWorks.
      • Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
      • Previous experience in product design or modeling preferred.
    • Location: Flexible (Remote or On-site)
