Loose Diamonds

Upon receiving and signing for your loose diamond, you have ten (10) days to examine it and/or contact an Independent Appraiser for verification if you so desire.Should you decide to return it, please contact us immediately to receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN) and receive our detailed instructions on shipping the diamond and all original documentation to our returns dept. Failure to return original documents and/or damaged documents will be assessed a replacement fee of $250.00. Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Assurance Department to insure that it is in its original condition, and we will promptly issue you a complete, 100% refund, less original shipping - no questions asked. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or noninsured package will be returned to sender. Signs of damage to the diamond cannot be accepted for return. SUPERBcert is so confident in our branded SUPERBcert Diamond and in the certainty of your satisfaction, that we offer you a 100% lifetime upgrade policy at your purchase price. This means we will apply the entire amount of what you originally spent on the diamond towards the upgrade. We go even one step further; our 100% lifetime upgrade policy also applies to loose SUPERBcert's that have been laser-inscribed by us with your personal message. No other company offers you this guarantee. In order qualify for your trade-up your SUPERBcert diamond must be in its original undamaged condition.

An upgrade is defined as a 25% increase above your original purchase price.

During your 10-day examination period, we will gladly exchange or refund your SUPERBcert Ring Setting or Jewelry Item.We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all standard ring settings and 80% on all Vatche designer settings, custom order work, and special orders, less original shipping. Returned items must be in "as it was shipped" condition. We will not accept any jewelry for a refund if the SUPERBcert security tag has been removed or if there is any evidence of damage.
