Payment Options

We accept the following forms of payment: Wire Transfer, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Bank Check and Cashier's Check. All purchases are drawn in US Dollars. There are absolutely no "hidden" fees that you will be asked to pay, and we will provide you with absolutely Free Shipping and insurance on your order.

Please note that items will be shipped only the next business day AFTER payment clears our bank. Credit Card and Wire Transfer generally clear within 24 hours; checks of any form can take up to a week.

Taxes are applicable to legal New York State residents.

Please note that all purchases made on our shopping cart are for credit card only.

International purchases are by Bank wire only.

Payment by Bank, Cashier's Check or Wire Transfer

We offer a 2% discount on all purchases made through a bank wire transfer in the Continental United States Only. Basically, when you choose to pay via bank wire you are saving us the 2% merchant processing fee associated with handling your credit card order. We pass this savings directly back to you by giving you a 2% discount off of the list price for the diamond or jewelry item. We do not offer a 2% discount for bank wires made on International orders, as we do not accept Credit Card as a method of payment for these transactions.

Additionally, you can expedite your SUPERBcert purchase by having your Bank directly wire the funds into our account.

Bank wired funds typically take from 24 to 48 hours to hit our account, depending on the time of day you send it. Your SUPERBcert will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight immediately following receipt of your funds. Please be sure that you have a useful description field on the transfer so that we can properly apply your payment.

Payment by Credit Card


We accept payment by credit card for all purchases made in the Continental United States. Credit card purchases can be made manually through direct correspondence with us, or directly over our fully encrypted shopping cart. Purchasing an item off our shopping cart is easy and hassle free. You will create an account for yourself where you will be able to view the entire process of your order from start to completion. As soon as you finalize and submit your order on the shopping cart, we will get an automated e-mail with your order. We will contact you shortly thereafter via e-mail and/or telephone to personally work with you until your order is completed and shipped.

In accordance with the requirements set forth by our merchant bank for high ticket items, we are required to ask that you properly fill out and submit our Credit Card authorization form. This form is designed to protect us as well as you, the consumer from credit card fraud and/or identity theft.

We aggressively prosecute credit card fraud and report suspicious activity to the authorities. We only accept credit cards issued by U.S. Banks to U.S. Residents. We do not accept credit cards on international orders, only payment by bank wire.

We provide you with 2 printable links of this notarization form at the bottom of the paragraph for you to complete and fax back to our offices.

This document must be signed by a licensed Notary public, and must include a copy of the front and back of your Credit Card, and a copy of the front of your Drivers license. Be sure to bring your Credit Card and Driver's License for verification purposes. Upon Completion of this form in the presence of a Licensed Notary Public, fax it to us at (212) 302-2453, and we will quickly expedite your order.

International Sales (Outside the US)

All International Sales must be transacted via Wire Transfer. All transferred funds must be drawn in US Dollars.

We do not accept credit card transactions, checks, or money orders on International Sales. This is for your protection as well as ours. At the present time there is no way for us to verify addresses on International Sales. Privacy Regulations of Overseas Banks and Government Regulations prevent us from obtaining this information.

Customer is responsible for all duties, fees, and V.A.T.
