After two months of extensive searching online, I found Excel Diamonds. They had the information on Ideal Cut Hearts & Arrows diamonds that I could not find on any other site, and I learned a lot! I also found that the diamond selection and quality on other sites, such as Blue Nile, paled in comparison to what Excel had to offer.

Barry was extremely helpful in answering my questions about the "best" diamond for me to choose, based on my budget and quality criteria. He also assisted me in choosing a wedding band that would nicely match my engagement ring. I decided on a SUPERBcert diamond in a Tiffany Replica, two-tone setting, along with a Tiffany Replica Eternity band.

My friends and family were shocked that I would order such an expensive item sight-unseen, but I felt very comfortable working with Excel Diamonds. There was so much specific information available online for my diamond, that I felt I was making a better decision than I would if I walked into a local jeweler.

After I placed my order, Excel had a few mishaps getting the engagement ring right. My engagement ring diamond was set into the incorrect metal twice, and then set crookedly once. I had to send my engagement ring back twice, which was a bit of a hassle. After this happened, Barry assured me that he would personally make sure the ring was perfect before it was sent to me again. Judah also took the time to have multiple pictures taken of my new ring setting, to give me peace of mind. The new setting was PERFECT! If you look at a picture of my ring side-by-side to the picture of the same ring on Tiffany.com, my ring looks even nicer!

On the first day I had my new ring and wore it to work, everyone noticed it. The diamond is absolutely amazing. I didn't even have to tell anyone about my new engagement ring - they caught sight of it immediately! When I sit in meetings at work, people are mesmerized, staring at it! I cannot possible describe how beautiful this ring is!

I brought my ring to a local jeweler to be appraised. We paid about $18,500 between the diamond and setting. The jeweler couldn't get over the quality of the diamond cut, and he's been in the business for over 30 years. He appraised my ring at over $33,000! The ring appraised for about $15k more than we paid for it!

In summary, waiting for my ring to be made was frustrating, but it was well worth it. I could not have possibly found a more beautiful diamond for such a great price. I would highly recommend Excel Diamonds.
