I can't say more than "Thank You!" without stumbling over my words.
Yesterday I received a call from Barry at SuperbCert notifying me that the enagagement ring I ordered a few weeks ago was shipping, and would be at my doorstep this morning. I waited (impatiently) to see what would arrive, and as I cut open the box, I was no less than stunned by the perfection of what I received.
Let's step back a few weeks. After months of research (many of it thanks to these forums) I contacted Barry to discuss a diamond that caught my eye on his site (www.exceldiamonds.com). It was a 1.11 H VS2. After many quickly answered emails, and a few pleasant phone conversations, I decided to purchase that diamond. Barry and his son went above and beyond to assist me in creating a combination ring from Vatche, using the Royal Crown channel shank and the X-prong head in platinum.
I cannot grant enough praise to the way Barry conducts his business. He is extremely helpful, professional, and patient. I would highly recommend his company, and know that I will be purchasing from him again in the future.

Just a quick email to let you know the earrings arrived safely this afternoon.
They are beautiful and I am very pleased with them (and so is my husband).
My only problem at the moment is that earring shanks in the US are apparently much thicker than here,
so the earrings are a bit painful to wear but I assume that if I keep wearing them, the hole in my ear will eventually stretch to fit !!.
I must admit I never gave the shanks a thought as I assumed they would be the same everywhere.

I received the diamond today, and it was beautiful. The overall cut and
sparkle was intensely overwhelming in comparison to what so many other
princesses I have come across have to offer. The price was also competitive
and reasonable for such a superb (pun intended) stone without the and high
premium markup a casual buyer such as myself would suspect for such a well
cut and branded stone. My independent appraiser had only positive things to
say. I know the appraiser is unbiased, as his critique of my original
diamond was not quite as eloquent to say the least. I have posted praise for

Hi Barry,
I want to thank you for helping my Evan and for cutting such amazing diamonds. Evan had Mark Morrell make the ring (all of this under wraps, of course) and proposed to me this weekend.
IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL!!!! I could not be happier - I just stare at it all day long in all different kinds of light. I have to turn it around when I'm driving so I don't veer off the road, looking at it.

Good morning all! Thought I'd share one of my new rings with you all -
Story: started looking for an upgrade to my engagement / wedding ring (I don't wear a band) last fall. In the end, the old stone from my original setting went into a new, beautiful Vatche setting, and it has never looked better. The new stone went into a brand new setting, and the original setting is waiting patiently for a colored stone (daughter's birthstone maybe?). I'll post the new stone in the new setting in a separate post.
