| Terrific Superbcert Experience After an exhaustive search for an engagement ring (it spanned 6 months) I finally decided on going with Superbcert. Superbcert has an excellent reputation in the online community, and I had read many a success story from satisfied customers. On top of this, the amount of documentation that comes with every Superbcert diamond is really unparalleled. Throughout my 6 month long search, and even before I had gotten serious about actually purchasing, Barry was more than happy to answer all of my questions. I had made not made any sort of commitment to Superbcert, and had not even expressed interest in any of their products, yet Barry was still willing to help. For me, the decision seemed easy. I finally decided on a 1.3 carat round brilliant, with a Vatche setting. After a few weeks (Vatche is in great demand and his high quality standards do take some time) I received the beautiful ring. This is where things could have gotten a little sticky with a lesser vendor. Although the diamond and setting were unquestionably beautiful, the setting I received was not the one I had actually ordered. A simple mix-up on the Superbcert website had caused the confusion: A couple of the numbers used to identify settings on the website had been accidentally transposed. After speaking with Barry and Judah, both quickly understood the mix-up and promised to do whatever it took to make me satisfied. Per Judah’s instructions, I immediately sent the ring back, and the correct ring was ordered. Barry spoke with Mr. Vatche, explaining to him what had happened. Barry told Mr. Vatche that my proposal plans were in jeopardy and time was of the essence. I don’t know what Barry said, but whatever it was, it worked! While the original setting had taken around 4 weeks to manufacture, Mr. Vatche made the second setting a top priority. I had the new ring within 1 week! All I can say is that Barry and Judah must owe Vatche a couple of steak dinners for that one! Moreover, the level of customer service was terrific throughout the entire ordeal. Superbcert paid for the shipping both ways on the replacement ring, and were in contact with me on a frequent basis. There was not one more thing Supercert could have done to remedy what was just an honest mistake. Finally, I have to mention the absolutely beautiful ring I gave to my fiancé. It looked just gorgeous. Everyone is constantly asking to see her ring. It is without a doubt the most gorgeous ring I have seen ON ANYONE since the time I proposed. My fiancé is absolutely in love with it. I see her staring at it all the time, especially when she thinks no one is looking. Other women in her office, who, I should mention, are much more well off then the two of us, constantly tell her that her ring puts theirs to shame. A few have told even their husbands that its time for an upgrade! |

| Dear Barry, Thank you very much for this lovely, lovely diamond (SuperbCERT G, VVS2, 0.58ct). It is without a doubt one of the most beautiful I have seen. It just glows with light even in the dimmest of environments, and sparkles magnificently in bright sunlight. The arrows can even be seen with the naked eye when this little beauty is held in just the right position. I can imagine this will also be the case when it is set.. Currently this G coloured stone is sitting in a box next to a D coloured diamond, and it appears to be as white as the D. Only the brightest of light shows any difference in colour between the two. Sometime down the line, I would like to come back and purchase two more SuperbCERTS for a pair of earrings. | Barry and Judah, I wanted to say thank you for all of your help over the past few weeks regarding my final purchase. In fact, I started talking to you six months ago just to inquire about a 1.84 princess cut SuperCert diamond. At the time, I was just learning about all the things I needed to know about a diamond purchase and boy was there a lot. Although this was the type of diamond I was looking for, I couldn't bring myself to purchase it when I had not looked at any other stones. So off I went on my search for SIX MONTHS and I did not find a single stone that took my breath away. Prices were ridiculous, customer service lacking with some vendors, and princess cuts with large tables were abundant and definitely the norm. After six months of searching, the original 1.84 princess was still in your inventory. I figured it must be fate that it's the first diamond I saw and wanted and it was still available. When I came to visit and see the diamond for myself, it was stunning. I want to mention here that both of you made me feel extremely at ease. The princess I had chosen was one of the higher priced stones you had at the time and I appreciate that you made sure that other stones in your possession were not to in my interest. In other words, you were trying to find the right stone for me and not trying to sell me on what might make a higher profit. That in itself speaks volumes. I have since received the ring and it is amazing!!! I sent the ring to get appraised (at a very reputable appraiser in the industry) and the appraiser loved the stone. To quote the email correspondence, "AWESOME diamond, LOVE that small table...it's perfect...not just saying it either, I mean it sincerely, it's unique and gorgeous.". You truly do have an amazing cut that is very rare in this industry, and everyone I've shown it to agrees how beautiful it is versus other cuts. As you can tell, this message is long winded, but I wanted to validate to both of you that you truly do offer exceptional quality of product and service to your customers. | Hi Barry, This is Mark. I purchased a .80 VS H Round Superbcert diamond from you a few weeks ago. The diamond is the most brilliant diamond I have ever seen in my life. I proposed to my fiance in downtown Phoenix on Wednesday September 22. I was orginally going to propose on the top of South Mountain, but the park was closed when I arrived at the park. The diamond I received from you is top notch. It by far outshines any diamond that I've seen at jewelry stores and that includes jewelers like Tiffiany, Cartier, and the branded hearts and arrows cut diamond Hearts on Fire. It's amazing that I was able to purchase such a high quality diamond less the premium these jewelers and diamond cutters were asking for. This diamond is blinding in the hot Phoenix Sun. We were walking around in Gilbert and the diamond was bursting with various flashes of light and colors. You could see the flashes from a good distance. I got sun spots in my eyes from observing the flashes of the diamond - the brilliance of your diamond excellent. I can see now why so many people on the Pricescope web board recommended you. I have included pictures of the engagement ring. I'm no pro at with the camera, but I have a great firescope picture of the diamond that I took with your diamond toolkit. The setting is a Ritani setting in Platium. I look forward to many purchases and upgrades in the future as the two of us begin our new life together. | Barry, I received my rings yesterday. Words cannot describe the stone. Your stone and Leon's work has made the perfect ring. I took more pictures and posted them on Pricescope.
