| Barry, Judah; Having spent over 10 years living overseas as a career expatriate, I have often found it difficult to find items overseas of the same quality as those found in the United States. With the advent of the Internet, online shopping has managed to bring many of the items that I need to my doorstep, and in my current posting- they are delivered all the way to Shanghai, China. When I decided that I was going to ask my girlfriend of three years to marry me, I knew that I wanted to have an engagement ring before I proposed. Most of the retailers that I telephoned were unwilling to consider my circumstances and could not think “outside the box”. Having found a beautiful stone on your site, accompanied by all the supporting documentation that I needed to feel confident in my purchase, I telephoned Barry Gutwein and explained my circumstances. Barry was helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, and even took my off-hours telephone calls (living in China, there is a twelve hour time difference). To make a long story short, SUPERBcert and Vatche exceeded my expectations for providing and delivering a truly superb product. My girlfriend and I are now engaged to be married, and the ring is gorgeous- everyone who sees it (it’s a bit difficult to miss) comments on how beautiful it is, and how unique the setting is. | Hi Barry, I purchased a .74 VS2 E ideal cut diamond from you several months ago. It wasn't a SuperbCert only because it was VG on the symmetry and polish. The light return tests were absolutely amazing (BScope) and I am highly pleased with the diamond. You gave me a fantastic deal on it and I am very pleased even though it wasn't a SuperbCert, but from your Diamond Specials Page. I've attached some pics for you.
