I recently had it appraised for insurance purposes and the appriaser was quite impressed as well - particularly with the quality of the cut. To all those who are looking to buy a diamond, and or diamond ring, look no further than SuperbCert / Excel Diamonds. I began searching for diamonds and after a few months, read some diamond talk forums and stumbled upon Barry at SuperbCert. I am as picky as they come and had a million questions. During our discussion, Barry told me that he has had customers who have reported back to him about how they would be eating in a restaurant and people would come from across the room and ask where they got that diamond. Let me tell you, this kind of thing has happened to my fiancé several times. The comments we always get are, "That is the most beautiful diamond I have ever seen... Where did you get it?" We have heard, "Holy Cow, that is amazing." and the list goes on and on. The diamond I Purchased was at the very highest in brilliance on the light analysis test. We were standing in an elevator that had diffused light and mirrors, and I have NEVER seen a diamond look anything like what her diamond looked like. The fire that the diamond had was unbelievable. Besides the fact that the diamond was so amazing, the customer service could not have been any better. I called Barry at least once a day, and he was happy to discuss with me all that was taking place in production. For anyone worrying about making a diamond purchase over the internet, don't. Barry could not have been better to work with.

I spent a month and a half researching my stone.
I wanted to buy my fiance the best 1ct princess stone I could for $4000. After reading through the Diamondtalk.com forum here, I educated myself and felt like I was ready for anything and that I could analyze some numbers and find the best stone for the best price. Well I was looking for a princess cut so the numbers ended up doing me no good. I decided that besides seeing the stone perform in person, the next best thing was a Gemex BScope. I came to realize this wasn't even the best indicator. So I researched the vendors on this forum and contacted a couple of them.
By far Barry had the best customer service. The others seemed like they weren't interested in my business because they didn't directly answer my questions. I looked through Barry's site and found an acceptable stone and email Barry about it and instantly received more information than I could handle - and it was a Sunday night! I spoke to Barry the next day for 30 minutes and knew right then and there I was buying the stone from Superbcert. Barry's patience with my questions and calming of my fears of spending $4K on something sight unseen astounded me. I'm glad to see there are still people with a sense of customer service.
Thank you Barry. I find myself admiring her ring as much as she does because it just doesn't stop sparkling. All for less than anyone else wanted for a similar stone. Here are some pictures cause I know we all love 'em. -mike |

| I would like to thank superbcert for their excellent service and superior quality. I spent a lot of time and drove many miles in Pacific Northwes traveling from one fine jewelry store to another in search of the perfect diamond for my fiance. After all my searching, I found a few fine diamonds that met my extremely high expectations. Unfortunately, the premium price of these diamonds left me in a little despair. Luckily, I was able to stumble onto internet site and was amazed at the number of quality diamonds offered. At first, I was a little hesitant about mail ordering a diamond, but after looking at all of the diamond documentation on your web site and talking with your staff, I was confident that the diamond I was ordering would be exactly what I wanted at a fantastic price. The next day I received the diamond and was amazed at the quality of cut and after having several jewelers comment on the diamonds beauty, I was pleased I had chosen superbcert. I proposed over this past holiday break and my fiance was in awe of the diamond she received. She tells me that she is a little hesitant to show her diamond to friends at times because she doesn't want to upset them when they try to compare their diamond to hers.
